We set the following advertising objectives:

The peculiarity of retail vape sales is that selling only cigarettes does not generate enough profit to cover the cost of goods and advertising expenses. The main income comes from repeat liquid sales, and the customer LTV practice indicates an 80% return rate. This means that 80% of customers return to the store again and again for purchases, generating revenue for the store. Therefore, it was important for us to focus not only on initial product sales but also on brand recognition and repeat purchases.
Geography of client search: Armenia.
We analyzed the market volume in Armenia, where we planned to launch advertising targeting individuals aged 18-43 years, without language-specific settings.
How to achieve SUCH results?
It's no secret that advertising electronic cigarettes and liquids on Facebook/Instagram is prohibited by the rules of these social networks, and tobacco-related advertising is also prohibited in Armenia. BUT nothing is impossible. Social networks have technical vulnerabilities and loopholes.
We launched advertising for electronic cigarettes with direct messaging on Instagram. Simultaneously, to increase brand awareness and boost subsequent liquid sales, we launched Instagram traffic campaigns.
